1. Clover club

Clover's club is a gin based cocktail made up of egg white, raspberry syrup & lemon juice which is first dry shaked to mix all the ingredients & then ice is added. This cocktail is garnished with strawberry slice.

2. Manhattan

The most popular cocktail in New york city. This cocktail is Made up of rye whickey authentically, but canadian , burboun & tennessee can also be added. Sweet vermouth, angostura bitters are stirred over ice in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnished with maraschino cherry.

3. Sex on the beach

It is a IBA official cocktail. This cocktail contains vodka, peach schnapps , orange & cranberry juice.

All ingredients are added in a high ball glass and built with ice. The cocktail is garnished with orange zest.

4. Paloma

Paloma is a tequila based cocktail. Grape fruit juice, lime juice and tequila are the three main ingredients. This cocktail is served with ice in high ball glass.

5. Rock lobster

Made up of coconut rum , dark rum, banana liquor & grenadine, dark rum floats on top. Garnish is done with any of the fanciest garnish.This cocktail is a n extreme hit off, must try it.

Jaunsar - The land of witches

Every child is fond of listening to stories, specially if the story is mysterious. When i was a child, my nanaji used to tell me stories of many mysterious places in uttrakhand. One of the heated topic on those stories were of jaunsar, a place in uttrakhand where people believe witches exist.
